01
Phone Triage
You describe the symptoms: slow drains, gurgling toilets, sewage smell. We ask about the age of the home and whether you have a basement cleanout. That tells us whether to send a standard rooter machine or a hydro jetting rig. Takes five minutes, and you get a two-hour arrival window.
02
On-Site Inspection
The technician walks the line, locates the cleanout, and pulls the cap. We run a pipe inspection camera first to see what we are dealing with: tree root intrusion, grease buildup, scale buildup, or a collapsed section of cast iron pipe. You watch the monitor with us.
03
Mechanical Clearing
We feed a drain snake or plumbing auger through the cleanout, then switch to a high-pressure hose or rooter machine depending on what the camera showed. Roots get cut, grease gets flushed, and scale gets scoured. This stage runs 45 to 90 minutes on a typical Troy residential line.
04
Hydro Jetting Finish
For lines with heavy grease or root regrowth, we finish with a hydro jetting machine pushing water at up to 4,000 PSI. That scours the pipe walls clean instead of just punching a hole through the clog. We flush and repeat until the camera shows bare pipe.
05
Final Camera and Report
We run the sewer camera one last time, record the footage, and email you a summary with pipe condition notes. If we spot pipe corrosion or a cracked section, we tell you what a sewer line liner would cost. Then we button up the cleanout and test every fixture.
